These Lycra Sensory Swings are made of excellent quality, heavy lycra material with strong, secure attachments. The multi-functional swing provides the sensory input children need to calm and organise. It also encourages movement and exercise. As children climb in, stretch out and move around inside the swing, they develop body awareness, balance, motor planning and spatial skills. The stretchy, heavy-duty fabric provides sensory pressure all over and creates a fun, private space to bounce, swing, spin or just lie motionless while enjoying the movement.

Our lycra swing hangs 150cm long (without someone in it), with a 120cm span. The swings come with:
* a heavy-duty carabiner attachment as well as a swivel attachment
The addition of the swivel attachment allows rotatory movement as well as linear movement. Both attachments are approved to hold 300kg. The swing itself is approved to support up to 150kg. The swivel attachment is also pictured. We recommend at least 2 metres of suspension height to allow for the swing to drop with the weight of the child and to leave space underneath the swing. You may need more distance than this for heavier children. Please note: the swing does not come with the mounting point.
